INFORMER is a powerful application-security monitor that will keep watch over your information, allowing you to address the day to day issues of your job, safe in the knowledge that your data is monitored.

INFORMER monitors in real-time, improving your security, according to the Sarbanes-Oxley and Basel II requirements.

 

Escherware has a unique solution to automatically keep control on access to your information. Your information is monitored, without an overload of messages to inform you. No false positives and no overload of messages. You won’t get lost in the details and each alert is a true positive. Effective and easy to keep control, with messages in your own language.

 

Informer is capable of capturing and recording changes to selected files on the iSeries server.

Informer allows the changes to be specified at field level, monitoring all insert, update and delete transactions.

Informer can be used to monitor for a particular application event, such as an amount limit being exceeded in a banking transaction and send a messages (email or SMS) to a predefined list of users.

Informer quickly establishes a seamless interface with legacy applications providing real-time security exception handling and messaging functionality, where non existed before.

Informer's unique "Watch and Tell" logic is designed so that it cannot change or impact upon monitored applications and has been developed to give maximum return with minimal overhead.
